Straight Talk Wireless needed a way to help parents set up their kid's first phone without it feeling like a legal contract. We built the site behind The First Phone Pact, a tool that walks families through creating their own customizable agreement, personalized to their child's age and their family's own rules, in English and Spanish.

A parenting agreement can very easily read like a legal contract, and that is exactly what this could not feel like. The real challenge was building a flow simple enough for a stressed parent to finish in a few minutes, one that adjusted its language and suggestions to a child's age and a family's own answers, in both English and Spanish, without it ever feeling like a form.

What we shipped was a tool that turns a hard conversation into something a family can actually finish in one sitting, personalized to their child's age and their own house rules, ready the moment Back to School season needed it most, in whichever language the family speaks at home.
