Night School 2022 starts this September - supporting a new class of diverse young talent as they start
their journeys within the creative industries and beyond.
Launched in 2019, Night School is a free training programme designed to address the lack of ethnic
diversity in London’s creative industries.
In year one, 80% of NS graduates – with the support of mentors, ended up pursuing a range of different
creative paths. From advertising, to production, to social inclusion.
In year two, COVID meant adapting the programme to run remotely. However, as soon as restrictions were
lifted, Night School hosted a graduation exhibition, celebrating personal projects that explored a wide
array of themes – delivered in film, poetry, fine art, photography and other creative forms.

Now entering its third year, Night School will combine the best of in-person workshop sessions with online
collaboration. Alumni from 2020/21 will be returning to pay it forward – collaborating with guest experts
across a wide range of fields, to share their wisdom with this year’s budding creatives.
The eight-week journey is open to all 18-25 year-olds, looking to unlock their potential and open doors to
a career within the creative industries and beyond.
No experience or qualifications are required, but access to central London for the live sessions is key –
not to mention a willingness to roll up sleeves with an eager crew of like-minded individuals!
